Return or Exchange for Standard  Hijab Orders

We are dedicated to crafting high-quality hijabs, we can not offer return or refund for our standard orders due to the customized nature of our products . Although if the product is damage or defected or wrong , so you can return the product back within a period of 3 days, counting from the day of receiving your order. You need to email at hajrahijabstore@gmail.com within a period of 3 days or you can either contact through WhatsApp  03343609021 number only message.

However you must understand that we can not bear a loss either so exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition.

Claim of exchange can be rejected if item(s) are found to be stained, worn, perfumed or modified from their original condition when they reach us, in which case the buyer will not be compensated.

Return or Exchange for Abayas & Dresses

Dresses or Abayas can only be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability. We will not be able to exchange with a different design if your required size is not available, and the initial one was delivered as per the original order and commitment.

Change of mind and exchange due to personal likeness is not applicable on this category.

NOTE: You must initiate an exchange request within 3 days of receiving your package, after which we may not be able to help you.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be considered for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1.The item should not have been worn outside.
2.The product must remain in pristine, unworn condition, with no modifications or alterations permitted.
3.The product should be returned with its original packaging, including all labels, tags, and packaging materials.
4.The product should not have been laundered.
5.The product should be free from scents, including colognes or perfumes. 6. The product should contain no spots, stains, or blemishes.
6.Customers must initiate the return process within 15 business days from the item’s receipt. 

Cost of Refund 

Returns to us are at your cost, and you should keep evidence of having sent the items, such as a receipt of courier. In all cases, the items must be in their original condition.

Refunds 

Refunds in any case, are in the form of store credit meaning a voucher that you can use for your future purchases. We currently do not offer cash refunds.

Parcel Refusals

We strictly take an action against all who refuse parcel on doorstep . Delivery charges will be taken in advance if you want to place an order again.
